Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the representation made by the Petitioner to the Respondents on 30.08.2019 requesting to take action on the Non Banking Finance Companies and Banks and private financier and authorized chit fund which are carrying out unlawful methods to recover the loan amount from the public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and take action to cancel their banking permission on the ground of violating RBI rules and regulation.

O R D E R

On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the Writ petition and the documents produced in support thereof, it is seen that it would not suffice to grant any general directions as sought by the Petitioner. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition, if the necessity arises, seeking appropriate reliefs against the concerned persons by producing relevant materials in support of such claim and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
