The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to shift the E.B.Pillar erected in front of the premises at Door No. 59D, West Mada Street, Vivekananda Nagar, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai - 600019 to any other open alternate space for erection of their transformer (High tension) in consideration of the objections lodged with Second, Third and Fourth Respondents dated 29.08.2019 expeditiously. 2.

The Third Respondent has filed a status report dated 07.02.2020 stating that a wall for a height of 3 feet in brick and 2.5 feet with iron fencing has been erected covering the transformer and junction box which would avert any hazard to the general public and that it would be maintained properly. 3.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to work out his rights if he still has any grievance in the matter for necessary relief before the appropriate forum in the manner recognized by law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
