This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 10.12.2018 before 2nd respondent as well as 17.12.2018 before 1st respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint has been enquired and closed on 14.09.2019.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
