(CR.NO.97/2013) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.479/2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed by the Judgement dated 07/09/2021 in SC no. 309/2021 on the file of the XVIII Addl.Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the in C.A.No.479/2021 IN CRL MP.NO.13661/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.479/2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.JAWAHAR Advocate for the Appellant and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in the judgment passed by the XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in S.C.No.309 of 2014 dated 07.09.2021.

2. This Court has recently dismissed the application in Crl.M.P.No.10538 of 2021, dated 21.10.2021, filed for seeking suspension of sentence.
