Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the Impugned Order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Proc.Ku.Aa. No.7294/Ni

Pi.5/U.1/O.Na.109/2001 -2003 dated 15.02.2002 and the consequential Appellate Order passed by 1st Respondent in Proc.Ku.Aa.No. 19820/Nir.A/A.2/2002 dated 11.10.2002 and quash these order and consequently direct the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner in service with full back wages and other consequential service benefits.

Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
