C.R.P(PD)No.2968 of 2021 KKN 2.From the E-Court extract that has been filed, it is seen that the HMOP has been adjourned for filing of counter for nearly two years i.e., from 08.11.2019.

3.Considering the fact that the HMOP is almost two years old and the respondent had entered appearance as early as on October 2019, this civil revision petition is allowed, the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.767 of 2019 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
