This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13785 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. It is represented that in Crl.O.P.No.18299 of 2023, in Crime No.235 of 2023, the order of interim stay was granted by this Court vide order dated 16.08.2023.

3. Considering the above, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13785 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 is totally relaxed.
