This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner that "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders" in order passed in Crl.MP.No.8996 of 2023 on 28.06.2023 in Crl.OP.No.7739 of 2023 order dated 18.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and draft charge sheet was made ready in this matter.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
