This Petition is to quash the FIR in Crime No. 32 of 2019 under Sections 120(b), 406, 420 of IPC.

2. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to the investigation, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam, but it is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the subsequent development, the prayer in the quash petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report so advised.
