This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16363 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16363 of 2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks. He further submitted that, due to his illness, he was has complied with the condition for only two days. Hence, he seeks for appropriate direction.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for a period of one week ie, from 11.08.2025 to 18.08.2025 and thereafter as and when required for interrogation without fail.
