ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 379, 430 of IPC in Crime No.1551 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 01.08.2020 alleging that petitioner while used by the Mini Lorry loaded illegal transportation of the Red sand one unit. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner illegally transported one unit of sand without permission and 3 previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, 3 previous cases pending against the petitioner and like nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
