This petition has been filed to return the Original Settlement Deed dated 19.03.1992, registered as document No.187 of 1992, on the file of the S.R.O, Parangippettai and marked as Exhibit B15, before this Court by substituting the same with the Certified copy.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in order to register the Settlement Deed in favour of his daughter, during the pendency of the appeal proceedings, the Registering authority needs to register the said document for verification. Hence, the petitioner has filed an application to withdraw the Original Settlement Deed dated 19.03.1992, marked as Ex.B15, by substituting the same with the Certified copy.
3. Notice has been issued, but there is no representation on the side of the 1st respondent.

4. Considering the fact that the age of the petitioner is nearly 73 years and he wants to settle the issue infavour of his daughter, the Registry is directed to return the Ex.B15 alone within a period of one week from today, by substituting it with a certified copy of the same along with an affidavit of undertaking to the effect that the petitioner would as and when, the same is required by the Court.
