O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.02.2024 in W.P. No. 6536 of 2020. 1/3

2. While allowing the said writ petition in-part, this Court directed the respondents therein to settle the earned leave, unearned leave encashment and special general provident fund within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

3. During the course of hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has placed a copy of the proceedings dated 03.06.2025 and would submit that an amount of Rs.6,23,283/- is paid to the petitioner in compliance of the order of the Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

5. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, as the order of the Court is complied with, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt case.
