ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar J.) This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 29.08.2023 passed in W.A.No. 616 of 2019.

2. In fact the said writ appeal was disposed of along with the connected Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.548, 549, 550 and 609 of 2019. For non-compliance of the order, already four contempt petitions have been filed in Contempt Petition Nos.704, 124, 146 and 711 of 2025 and all those contempt petitions came to be closed by our order dated 21.03.2025 in view of the compliance having been recorded with liberty to the petitioners to file appeal against the order dated 25.02.2025, if they are aggrieved, in the manner known to law.

3. This is one of the contempt petitions which is left over and the same is now posted for hearing. As the order passed by us has already been complied with by way of a rejection order dated 21.02.2025, this Contempt Petition also has to be closed with the same liberty. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner, if he is aggrieved, to adjudicate the matter by challenging the order dated 21.02.2025, in the manner known to law.
