PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners and consider the petitioners representation dated 30.08.2019.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are accused in Crime No.446 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police and the same was pending.

4. Therefore, the petitioners are accused in the above case and once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
