This petition is filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Chidambaram, every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and report before the respondent police every Satruday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court by order dated 21.05.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.13964 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13964 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chidambaram, every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and report before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
