This petition to condone the delay of 182 days in filing is opposed by filing counter.

It is stated in the affidavit that though the order was made ready on 08.11.2021, in view of Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioners could not obtain legal opinion as to whether appeal has to be filed and thus, the delay has occurred.

Finding that the delay is neither wilful, nor wanton, the delay is condoned.
