The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of IA.No.488 of 2017, an application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC., seeking rejection of the plaint in OS.No.42 of 2017. Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary. 2.From the certified copy of the petition that has been produced, it is seen that the application has been adjourned for enquiry for more than a year.
