ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 04.07.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.18991 of 2015, thereby directing the respondents to rework the seniority and accordingly re-fix the seniority in view of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.1157 of 2010 dated 14.12.2012, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court dated 04.07.2023, the respondents preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.256 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an interim stay by an order dated 29.01.2025 in C.M.P.No.1854 of 2025.

In view of the above submission, at present, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
