PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties ( out of which, one surety must be a blood surety) in Crl.O.P.No.13180 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.13180 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025 that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties ( out of which, one surety must be a blood surety)

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's parents are no more and he has no siblings and hence, he is unable to execute blood sureties. Hence, he prayed for suitable modification.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above conditions to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties".
