ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.11.2021 for the offence under Sections 394 and 397 of IPC , in Crime No.754 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioners intercepted the defacto complainant's vehicle and snatched 1890 grams of gold jewels worth about Rs.7,50,000/-. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they have been falsely implicated in this case and that they have been suffering incarceration for more than 40 days from 07.11.2021. He would pray for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocated (Crl.side) raised objection stating that totally there are 12 accused involved in this case and Rs.5,50,000/- and 169 grams of Gold was recovered from the petitioners. He further submits that A2 and A7 are still absconding and investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of bail.

5. Taking into consideration of the fact that co accused are still absconding and the case is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
