of 2022 in Crl.A.Nos.685 and 684 of 2022, respectively, on the file of this Court insofar as the condition "the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge (Special Court for Trial of cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act), Salem, on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 am, until further orders" is concerned. ORDER

These petitions have been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge (Special Court for Trial of cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act), Salem, on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 am, until further orders, imposed in the order dated 12.07.2022 in Crl.MP.Nos.9038 and 9035 of 2022 in Crl.A.Nos.685 and 684 of 2022, respectively. 2.The learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly from 01.08.2022 to till date. He further submitted that the condition imposed on the co-accused/A1 has already been relaxed by this Court.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2/5

respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation from 01.08.2022 to till date. He further submitted that the condition imposed on the co-accused/A1 has already been relaxed by this Court on 22.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.10162 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.661 of 2022. 4.Finding that the condition imposed on the co-accused/A1 has already been relaxed by this Court and the petitioners have been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the learned Special Judge (Special Court for Trial of cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act), Salem, on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 am, until further orders, is totally relaxed.
