2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered. Therefore, the proceedings now pending in F.C.O.P. No.150 of 2021, pending on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvannamalai is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Chennai.

3. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
