The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the respondent wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.734 of 2018 filed by the husband, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram to the file of some other Courts or to the Family Court, Chennai.

The learned counsel for the respondent husband has no objection to the transfer being ordered, accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.734 of 2018 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. allocation being made, the learned Judge before whom the matter is posted shall dispose of the above HMOP within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
