ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12366 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.674 of 2022 dated 16.08.2022, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge (Special Court for Trial of Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act), Salem, on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner had been complying with the conditions regularly from 01.09.2022 to till date and he sought for relaxation of the condition.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12366 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.674 of 2022 dated 16.08.2022.

5. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge (Special Court for Trial of Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act), Salem, on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal, is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
