ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. We are not inclined to pass any orders in the matter.

3. A statement is made by learned Special Government Pleader about the encroachments on Survey Nos.332/1, 332/2, 332/3, 332/4 and 332/5 situated at Kannappalli Village, Anthiyur

Taluk. The process for issuing Form-7 for eviction is initiated.

4. In view of the said statement made by learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
