ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction 1st respondent to issue No objection Certificate along with Trade License to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e.Cross relaxation massage in the name and style of Asian Therapy at No.119/3, Trustpuram, 10th Cross street, Vanniyar Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600 024 by way of disposing the petitioner's application in Form-7 dated 19.06.2024.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the second and third respondents submitted that no such application has been received so far to the second and third respondents.
4. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application in the manner known to law.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
