ORDER
This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 13.12.2018 made in W.P.No.32849 of 2018.
2.This Court vide order dated 13.12.2018 made in W.P.No.32849 of 2018 issued direction to the respondents to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner to the Joint Director of Collegiate Education on 03.11.2017 and 25.01.2018 for approval of appointments in the light of the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.29075 of 2016 and to pass appropriate orders within a time frame. For non passing of the orders as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader by producing a letter dated 24.10.2019 from the Joint Director of Collegiate Education addressed to him would submit that the proposals sent by the petitioner are defective and the
defects have to be rectified by the College Management. Before rectification of the defects, the respondents are not in a position to comply with the order of this Court. 4.In view of the above, no contempt arise. The appearance of the third respondent is dispensed with. 5.This contempt petition is accordingly closed. However, this order will not stand on the way of the petitioner to send fresh proposal after rectifying the defects pointed out by the respondents.
