The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as against the petitioner, who shall stay at Karur District and sign before the Town Police Station, Karur, daily at 10.30 a.m. for the period of three months in the order dated 05.07.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.15934 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for the past forty days; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is also completed.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
