Mr.M.V.Ramachandramurthy APP (Puducherry) Order This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant further extension of time for complying with the order of this Court in Crl. M.P.No.9972 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 7449 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to health issue, the petitioners could not comply the order of this court. Hence, they have

filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.9972 of 2025 and the same was allowed on 20.06.2025 extending the time for the period of two weeks. However, as the previous counsel unable to file certified copy in time, they are unable to execute the sureties within time. Hence, he filed this petition for extension of time.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioners herein, this Court is inclined to extend time for the further period of two weeks for complying the conditions imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No. 9972 of 2025 in Crl. O.P.No. 7449 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
