This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16556 of 2024, dated 15.07.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no previous cases.

Considering the fact that petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering nature of offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
