This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to extend the time for compliance of order dated 30.11.2023 in Crl.R.C.No.2028 of 2023. 2.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner was unable to mobilise Rs.2,00,000/- within the stipulated period as directed by this Court. Now he has made ready the amount and seeks a week's time to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the trial Court to the credit of C.C.No.4845 of 2019 and produce the proof to the XVI Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, who shall grant suspension of sentence to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) before the trial Court, on or before 23.09.2024.
