[2 AND 3 SET EXPARTE IN LOWER COURT] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)To grant stay all further proceedings in pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 13/03/2012 made in MCOP.No.4541/2000 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (III Judge, Court of Small Cause)at Chennai(in CMP.No.5372/2017);

(ii)To grant stay all further proceedings in pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 13/03/2012 made in MCOP.No.4542/2000 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (III Judge, Court of Small Cause)at Chennai(in CMP.No.5373/2017);

(iii)To grant stay all further proceedings in pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 13/03/2012 made in MCOP.No.4544/2000 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (III Judge, Court of Small Cause)at Chennai(in CMP.No.5375/2017) pending disposal of the above CMA.Nos.1078, 1079 & 1081/2017 respectively. Order : These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SREE VIDYA, Advocate for the petitioner in each the petitions the court made the following order:- In these civil miscellaneous petitions, on 28.03.2017, an order of interim stay was granted subject to condition that the petitioner should deposit entire compensation awarded i.e., Rs.30,000/-, Rs.2,73,200/- & Rs.30,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid conditional order has been duly complied with by the petitioner.
