ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Teachers Recruitment Board has fairly submitted that the Board has preferred an appeal against the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.644 of 2019 and the said appeal was dismissed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ judgment dated 26.02.2019. Thereafter, the respondent/TRB

has complied with the order passed in W.P.No.6701 of 2013 by order dated 10.09.2014.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that he is not controverting the aforesaid statement of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/TRB and he submits that provisional selection order has been issued to the writ petitioner. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
