By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner was appointed as Noon Meal Organizer in the Panchayat Union Primary School at Chinna Ananthur, Uthangarai Panchayat Union, Krishnagiri District, on 28.07.2007 and joined duty on 01.08.2007 and is working there till date. In the year
2015, the post of Noon Meal Organizer was lying vacant at the Government Higher Secondary School, Thiruvanapatti, Uthangari Panchayat Union, Krishnagiri District, for which the petitioner made a representations dated 28.08.2015, 05.11.2015 and also in the year 2016 to the respondents seeking transfer from her existing place of employment. Thereafter, the petitioner was provisionally transferred to the Government Higher Secondary School, Thiruvanapatti, Uthangarai Panchayat Union, however, due to political issues the said transfer was put hold. Therefore, the petitioner again sent representations to the respondents on 03.05.2019 and 15.07.2019 seeking transfer to the said school. Since, the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3.Heard Mr.J.Deliban, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Suresh, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the respondents are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2019 within a specified period.
5.Considering the above said submission, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 15.07.2019, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
