ORDER

The defendants 14 and 15 had come forward with the above Civil Revision Petition for rejecting the plaint only with reference to item NO.3 of the plaint and to delete them from array of parties. The reason for such relief is on account of the fact that the properties in item No.3 does not belong to plaintiff and the 1st defendant.

2. The petitioners without exhausting the remedy available to them before the Trial Court in the form of Order VI Rule 16 application have rushed to this Court invoking the extraordinary Jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil 3/6
