O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register a case based on the complaint dated 18.12.2015 and investigate the same.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 18.12.2015, against one Kannan, Nallammal W/o Patchamuthu, Rani W/o Kannan and Pappathi for the offence under Section 307 and 506(i) IPC. Since no action was taken, the present petition has been filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of enquiry, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed. He has also produced the closure report before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same was closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed. However, the petitioner is liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
