It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the second respondent has considered the representation of the petitioner and passed the order dated 07.04.2017. In such circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition to challenge the order dated 07.04.2017, passed by the second respondent.
