ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.11.2021 for the offence under 392 and 397 of IPC in Crime No.687 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was going near the TVS burial Ground, the petitioner waylaid him and snatched a Rs.750/- at the knife point. Hence, the complaint

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is falsely implicated in this case. He would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) raised objection stating that petitioner having 6 previous cases which is similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and also the considering the fact that the petitioner is having six previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
