..Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in the online orders dated 05.02.2025 passed by the respondent rejecting Application Numbers TN-520241228844, TN-520241228948 and TN5202412281130 of the petitioner and quash the same and direct the respondent to consider the said applications of the petitioner for issuance of "Kurumans" Scheduled Tribe Community Certificates to the children of the petitioner viz., Gokul.N, Madhushri.N and Balamurugan.N in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the rejection of the applications of the petitioner in Application Numbers TN-520241228844, TN-520241228948 and TN-5202412281130 seeking to issue Kurumans Scheduled Tribe community certificate and to direct the respondents to consider the said applications and issue the said certificate to his children.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner had applied through online for issuance of community certificate to his children but the same has been rejected for non-production of certain documents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent/concerned authority with all relevant documents at 10.30 a.m. on 08.08.2025 and the respondent/concerned authority shall consider the applications of the

petitioner and pass orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
