The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 19.12.2018 in W.P.No.26981 of 2011, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the Deputy Collector, Harur has passed a proceedings in Na.Mu.1222/2019/A2 dated 04.02.2020 and he has also produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded. The learned Additional Government Pleader also undertakes to serve a copy of the said proceedings to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is being aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
