This application has been filed for appointment of Receiver to seize the vehicle, which is more fully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of the respondent or respondent's men, agents, servants from respondent's premises or wherever found with police aid and break open of premises, if necessary.

2.According to the learned counsel for the applicant, Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, the learned Advocate Receiver has seized the vehicle and has also handed over the same to the applicant. He further submits that the Receiver was appointed only after service of notice on the respondent and hence, the application can be closed.

3.Recording the statement that the vehicle has been seized and the same has been handed over to the applicant, the application is closed.
