When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint of Gopal, petition inquiry was conducted during which the husband of the petitioner was inquired and thereafter, the petition has been closed on 01.10.2016.
