ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife seeking a transfer of the petition for divorce filed by her husband/respondent herein in H.M.O.P.No.1178 of 2021, pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Family Court at Salem.

2. The respondent has entered appearance through counsel and no serious objection was made for the said transfer.

3. Therefore, considering the fact that the petitioner is residing at Salem along with her minor child, aged 5 years and as the respondent/husband is not paying any maintenance to the petitioner/wife and her child, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.1178 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai is withdrawn and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transferred to the file of the Family Court at Salem to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.561 of 2021. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
