This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the prayer from "to stay all further proceedings in R.C.O.P. No. 1 of 2013" to that of "to stay all further proceedings in E.P. No. 62 of 2014 in R.C.O.P. No. 1 of 2013 in C.M.P. No. 4797 of 2018" in the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.

I have heard Ms. S. Sridevi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. K.G. Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. As the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition and the said amendment has become necessary, as the stay has to be sought for only in respect of the E.P., as matter has already reached the stage of E.P., and no R.C.O.P. is pending, the present amendment is sought. 3.

Hence, the amendment petition is allowed.
