This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.48 of 2024, currently pending on the file of R4 Soundara Pandiyanar Angadi Police Station to the CB-CID or any other competent and independent investigating agency, for ensuring a fair, impartial, and expeditious investigation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.48 of 2024 is over and charge-sheet has been filed through efiling on 10.07.2025 vide No.LTN20230000134C202500045 before the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the view that since the investigation is over and charge sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional Court, there is no necessity to transfer the investigation from the file of the respondent2/4

Police to any other investigating agency. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner know to law, if he is aggrieved with the charge sheet filed by the respondent-Police.

4. In view of the above this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
