2.Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. At the same time, he seeks liberty for the petitioners to revive the petitioners' application seeking for issuance of patta depending upon the final decision to be taken by the second respondent, based on the directions given by the Division Bench of this Court on 02.07.2024 in W.P. No.17402 of 2024 batch.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty to revive the application submitted by the petitioners seeking for patta is granted in case the petitioners succeed before the second respondent by proving that they are the absolute owners of the property and that they are not encroachers.
