O R D E R

In the status report filed by the respondent, it is stated that Teachers Recruitment Board proposed to conduct a certificate verification during the month of April 2022 for the candidates who are eligible for certificate verification including the petitioners as directed by the Hon'ble https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P.No.1709 of 2021 Madras High Court. After conducting Certificate verification, the Board will carry out the selection process in which the petitioner's Certificates/ Records/Documents will also be considered for selection among other candidates. The selection will be made from the candidates who possess the requisite qualifications as mentioned in the notification and as per the marks secured by the candidates in the written examination and weightage marks for employment registration awarded at the time of Certificate verification duly following merit cum communal reservation and other rules in force.

2. Recording the aforesaid statement, the contempt petition stands closed.
