(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for seeking a police protection on the complaint dated 03.10.2017.

2. After a lapse of three years, the police protection cannot be ordered now. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on a fresh cause of action.
