The Inspector of Police, Chennai Crime Branch, Avadi City Commissionerate, Avadi, Chennai - 600 054 in the above criminal original petition.

The learned Government Advocate submitted the investigation is now pending before the CCB, Chennai and the FIR has been re-numbered as Crime No.214 of 2023.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and accordingly this petition is allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment.
